This Quadrennial Science and Technology Review is a thematic representation of ongoing science and technology efforts across the federal government. Robust federal research and development is integral to creating a resilient, ambitious America that is competitive and filled with opportunity. This report provides a high-level overview of the Biden-Harris Administration’s active whole-of-government approach to advance America’s global leadership in critical science and technology sectors and promote our nation’s unique capacity to foster creativity and innovation. This report was developed in response to the CHIPS and Science Act.
