Today, White House Office of Science and Technology Policy Director Arati Prabhakar and Office of Management and Budget Director Shalanda D. Young sent a memo to heads of executive branch departments and agencies on multi-agency research and development (R&D) priorities for the President’s Fiscal Year 2025 Budget. This annual memo outlines the Biden-Harris Administration’s R&D priorities to help guide agency budget submissions.
