Feven Solomon serves as Senior Advisor for Public Engagement, primarily focusing on the African American community. Prior to joining the White House, Feven was the youngest Black woman to serve as the Deputy Executive Director to the 57 members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) in both chambers of the United States Congress.

Before establishing herself in Washington, DC, Feven broke ground in the State of Nevada by serving as the political advisor to former Nevada State Senate Majority Leader, now Attorney General, Aaron D. Ford. She also served as a political strategist to the Southern Nevada Black Elected Officials, specializing in implementing outreach plans designed to build a winning coalition of Black voters– specifically to millennial populations.

Feven is a proud native of Las Vegas and received her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and her Masters of Public Administration from the University of Nevada.
